Apartment Review for The Lexington Place

This place is terrible. Look elsewhere. Simpsonville has way more apartment complexes to offer with better amenities, cleaner apartments, less noise, and the worst of all here, managment. Management is the worse i ever seen after living in 5 other apartments in my life. The managment here is like the minor leagues of business managers. Lots of suspicious people roam this complex, bugs are bad here, rent is to much for what you get, apartment smells like mildew, ac constantly freezes up, and walls are thin enough to hear all of your neighbors moves. Maintanence men are good, but that's all this place has going for it. Shop elsewhere.
