Review for Parkview Apartments

When I moved it, my apartment had not been cleaned at all. It was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen. The bathroom was awful! It took me weeks to finally get this place cleaned to the point where I felt comfortable living here. They did recently add another parking lot across the street so that residents don't have to park on the street and get ticketed during the winter because there is not enough parking. The common areas leave a lot to be desired. The laundry rooms are gross and the machines could use a good cleaning. I understand that they are not owned by Dunham but they could tell Coinmatch to clean them. The current manager (the 3rd one in less than year) is good but is limited to actually fixing things by Dunham because they are so cheap it is riduculous. A little bit more could go a very long way. The size of the apartment is nice but they just are not maintained. Also, noisy tenants are not dealt with at all. I have never lived somewhere where you have to put up with people being repeatedly obnoxious even when the cops are called several times. The fire alarm has gone off here more than all the other apartments I have lived in combined and that amounts to over 10 years. I think there are much better places for around the same place where the laundry isn't as expensive or gross, the noise level is nothing like this and you will feel much safer.
