Apartment Review for Carrington Court Apartments

I lived here for several years and finally moved because of constantly rising rates with little to show for maintenance or upgrade. The apartment shifted during these few years allowing cold air to come in in the winter through a door that was no longer straight. Appliances were old and not energy efficient, freezer had to be defrosted by hand. Went without a clothes washer for a week while being fixed. Neighbors were loud and slammed doors, stomped up and down the stairs, held parties in the hallway and left garbage and bottles on the steps, talked loudly on cell phones outside at 2am. They were always parking in my allotted space. Fire alarm went off constantly with no one to turn off for 30-45 minutes. Water fell straight onto the walkout porch--eaves were installed but leaked. Snow removal not timely. Ice on stairways for days. Paid a pet deposit besides a monthly rental rate for the pet. I did not get all my deposit back although I cleaned the apartment nicer than when I moved in. Management entered without my consent. Missed one rent payment in six years by a day and was charged very high fee.
