Apartment Review for Golden Valley Apartments

This place cannot get anything done right. but the unit when we moved in was in good condition and have kept it that way. The Sioux Falls Storm also live in these units so it can get loud at times. With improved management and better maitenance it would be a really good property, but with no pool or rec room its not worth 630/mo. Also depending on what building you get into I have heard of problems of loud cars people on the stairs and fire alarms going off at random. They do accept pets, and offer a fair deposit price for them. Main reason I moved in. The smell of Marijuana must just depend on building as well, But they wont let the sex offender from 5th ave move in right next to you, being that the do not allow felons. Hallways are kept in fair condition. holes in the wall and damage from people moving in. Third floor is a Pain in the A by the way. I give this appartment a solid 2 * rating for the fact that, the managment is lacking, and the maitenance is poor about getting to issues.
