Apartment Review for Hamlet Apartments

Trying to get someone to fix something is a pain. The old guy was awesome I gave him a beer and he always asked me if I needed anything. Now its just easier to fix stuff myself. Also there is a late fee of $50 for everyday your late past the 5th so if your not going to get paid till the six either save your last paycheck or get ready to be screwed. I do like the location across from the mall. It is quiet for the most part. Do get some punks blasting there car/home stereos at nights sometimes but not often. I never feel unsafe here and they offer some good rates if you sign an extended lease.
