Apartment Review for Lakeport Apartments

These are the worst apts I have eve lived in. You get nothing from management but being put off. He then will blame the owner for not getting the things we need to live in a decent place. I have a moldy refridgerator because the seal is so old. I have marked up pulled up and mildewed linoleum and smelly stained and dirty carpet. Which I was told would only be replaced if we signed on another year lease. Whole complex is filty with trash..ripped out screens and the halls are dirty and smelly. Why did I move here? I moved here from out of state and rented it sight unseen because I needed a place. I will never to that again. Oh and for those of you with kids? They will get to see alot of cops. They are here all the time. The cops know this place real well.
