This place is the worst in all of Franklin!!! The owner is an absolute slum lord and doesn't take care of the place (yet he drives a Mercedes *ahem*), he is EXTREMELY rude!! THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! I kid you not!! Literally they are EVERYWHERE! It's not because of dirty aparments it's because the land lord won't do pest control! The whole complex is nothing but illegal immigrants! The apartments are extremely small and over-priced! I could go on but I'd be here ALL night! I am being honest and telling you this place is revolting!
