Review for Crestview Apartments

This place is horrific and I've lived in some nasty places!!!! Do not stay here!!!!! The management continues to change hands and it gets worse everytime. The noise is the worst of anywhere i've ever lived, you can hear every conversation going on around you. I would say the police make it safe, but the police are worse than the residents. The staff and police complain about parking but their the ones double parking and parking on the curbs. Don't expect any maintance to get done, it took 4 months to get our fridge fixed that didnt work when we moved in. The management ( if you want to call them that) pick favorites. There have been murders and many domestic assaults to name a few, plus a know of many felons that live here or hangout here. Dont expect anything to be done about the noise, dont even talk to management, just call the police, that way when the complex doesn't do anything about it you have a way out of your lease. They will send you notices saying you owe them extra money for things you never knew anything about. Please dont live here it's a big mistake, pay the extra 50 bucks and find a good safe place to live.

Wow! I have rented at many places for many years now, and I dont know if I would go to that extreme. I will agree on the whole police thing. The only domestic that i have heard about happened a long time ago and I didnt live here yet. The management has completely changed since last year and they seem nice and helpful I have never had a problem with them. I like it here so far, the only thing I wish is that people would pick up after their dogs when they do there business outside!
