Review for Post House North Apartments

Poor maintenance, old kitchens and appliances, A/C units way too small for bigger apartments, constantly freezes up -? super high bill! Staff, especially one person was awesome, but she no longer works there.. you constantly get the answering machine if you call, takes forever *sometimes never* for them to call back. Got broken into our car once, neighbors twice. Home next door got broken into... so safety is definitely an issue. The apartments looks nice from the outside, but dont take a closer look! I enjoyed the neighbors, they were very friendly but that is the only positive thing I can say about this place! Sad but true.. And if you are not sure if you will move.. DO NOT get a 1 yr contract, there is no way they will let you out. I bought a house and had to pay 4 months for NOTHING...what a waist!
