Review for Eastpointe Apartments

If you would like to hear everything your neighbors are saying I do not recommend this place at all. While I was a resident there I could hear one neighbor talking to his tv and the other two doing things in their bed no one would want to hear as well as screaming matches at all hours of the night.The appliances, cabinets and carpet are extremely outdated/ beat up. My bathtub had been leaking and it took four calls for me to even get the maintenance to fix it..The outside grounds were hardly maintained and there were always weeds and high grass around my apartment landscape..I would always find roaches and spiders in my place and found a disgustingly large centipede one morning in my shower!.Awful experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to steer clear from Eastpointe..
