Review for Tara Hills Apartments

I've lived here for almost 2 years. It seems relatively safe but we get notices about vandalism and theft about once a month. I live in the very back building and we don't have many problems here but the other buildings seem to have visits for the police quite often. This happens to be on the good side of Oak Ridge too. There are a ton of dope heads and kids like to use the streets and parking lots as playgrounds instead of using the actual playground. The laundry facilities are maddening. There are only a handfull of machines and not all of them are working at the same time. Maintenance is pretty good and they take care of problems quickly. Overall I think this place leave alot to be desired considering the price.
