Apartment Review for Bartlett Heights/Boyd Lane

I lived in this complex a total of approx 6 years dealt with a few different managers. The conditions especially in upper story apartments are completely unlivable it gets to 95-96 degrees in the apartments. The pool is filthy the management refuses to fix things blaming it on the apartments being so old but nothing is done to update them or fix it my opinion no one should live there they are subhuman at best
