Apartment Review for City Green At Northshore

I currently live in a two bedroom but am only allowed one parking space for my unit. Except that I am supposed to pay water for two people as well. I had a guest come visit and they parked inside the gate since the gate was open. The complex had their car towed and was completely rude about the situation. They are unhelpful and all together rude.

Parking is a nightmare and the amount of cars on the hill is a safety hazard. I doubt any emergency vehicles could get up.

Once you get inside the apartment they cut so many corners. Plus noise is a huge concern. You can hear your neighbor sneeze. You pay for trash pick up but they come maybe 60% of the time to actually are supposed to. The dumpster is overflowing often.

The pool is out of MTV spring break with the amount of drunk students. The pool is completely dirty, you wouldn't even want to get in. Plus the grills are usually out of propane.
