There is so little insulation, we hear the neighbors messages on their answering machine. I can hear the neighbor above when his feet hit the floor at 5:10AM then lay in bed and get to hear him pee. If you have a new car, you won't when you leave. Cats climbing on them. Oh, the added touch is you get to hear someone punching on their regulatiion Everlast punching bag that is suspened from the ceiling of their 2nd story balcony . Cannot use the big screen at the club house because there is usually 4 to 5 cops watching it at least 2 nights a week. There has been 14 police reports to the apartments in 12 months.
