Rented: From 2004 To 2007

The overall apartment is mediocre. There has been crime reported from time to time. Maintenace is very poor. It takes a week or longer to get things fixed. The bathtubs get mold and mildew within days. You have to continue to bleach and bleach. And I am sure many apts have insect problems from time to time, but I am still waiting on someone to come and spray from the call I placed in 2005.
