Review for Registry At Wolfchase Apartments

I've lived here @ Registry At Wolfchase Apartment since December 2008. I'm on the first floor. People on the second floor & the next unit on the first floor are literally killing me because this apartment has no sound proof at all. I can hear every step of their movement. I can hear next door neighbors fighting & arguing at night very often. And people on second floor are always walking all the times. They don't seem to be sleeping at night. However, i can't complain because they don't run or jump. It's just a normal activities. But this apartment has a very poor structure. There is zero sound proof.

This apartment is supposed to be a "gated community." But the gate has never been closed. Visitors don't need to call residents to open the gate for them - it always opens all days all nights.

There are some young men hanging out in the parking lot all the time: especially at night. I've not seen any things happened yet, but I don't feel safe to come home at night sometime and see those guys in the cars smoking, drinking @ the parking lot.

Please consider this before signing the contract @ Registry.
