Review for Stonebridge Crossing Apartments

More than 6 months ago I phoned in about a roach problem. They came out once and that's it. I phoned again in mid May, more than 7 weeks ago, and "got on their list". It didn't get done. When I called the next week their excuse was their service "forgot" me. Third week the excuse was they couldn't get the service to come out. (Probably didn't pay them). Fourth week the next excuse was they changed management. Fifth week they haven't had time to do anything yet. Sixth week they haven't found a service yet. (Don't their phones work?) Seventh week, no excuses. Now we're going on eight weeks with no relief in sight with all my pots, pans, food, eating and cooking utensils piled up waiting for the exterminators to show up and spray in the cabinets. In the mean time I live in chaos watching roaches crawl up the walls, walk into my dinner plate, join me in the showers, etc.

It takes two requests for almost every house repair. It took two requests and a week to get a broken latch replaced, a 5 minute job.

For the last year the garbage compactor has broken down every weekend with rats and raccoons spreading garbage throughout the area. This complex is a health hazard.

I can tolerate the unskilled maintenance staff but not living in filth! This place should be condemned.

The management, office staff, and maintenance staff have consistently shown incompetence in all phases of their jobs. They make numerous promises that are quickly ignored/forgotten. There is a total lack of care given to doing their jobs professionally. This is a group of idiots showing up for a pay check and no more.
