We have lived here since feb 06 and when we moved in we reported several things wrong with the apartment including a leaking kitchen tap - which still leaks, a toilet that floods when flushed - still floods and other minor problems which we were told would be fixed and 8 months later we are still waiting. Moving out in November to Virginia but no i wouldnt rent here again
