Employee at leasing office pretend to be busy and make you wait for no reason. We have several cases of break ins here in last few months. Comcast is another headache here, whether you use it or not, they will make you pay $45 for that.
Here comes the worst, if they know you are leaving the apartment, you service request for any maintenance will be pending for ever. I hate it and suggest everyone to double check before moving in.
