Rented: From 2004 To 2004

Where should I start....The day I moved in there was a huge mold spot in my closet, i lived there six months and they never fixed it. ruined all my clothes, made my apt smell. the mold was so infested in the walls that it started to grow on my bed room walls and in the kitchen!! The ducks are nasty...they crap everywhere and you are constantly finding one dead and it reaks out of this world. The trash is always over flowing. The staff, when i was complaining about my mold was rude, they claimed they would have fixed it the first time if i had told them, holy crap it was on my lease papers that it needed to be fixed!! I never had a problem with crime though. Alot of outside people would come use the pool at night and leave beer cans and bottles every where.
