Lots Of Problems

I have lived here for 2 years and would have moved long ago if my lease had not been up in the middle of school every year. I moved here in August one year, and by January someone had smashed my door in and tried to break in. The office staff refused to let me move from my ground level apartment or even get out of my lease until I broke down from exhaustion and cried in the office(couldn't sleep b/c I worried someone would break in). Even then, they only let me move to another apartment and made me sign another lease. Therefore, I was stuck for 1.5 years or so more since it is impossible for me to move in January with my schedule!

This summer, my air has not been working at all. I keep it set on 70, and the air has consistently gotten up to 85 during the day anyway. When they come to check it, notes are left saying "it's just hot in Memphis. Your air is fine." What in the world am I paying the power company for then??

My sink is old and rusted, the knob on the sink is broken, mold is everywhere, the lake is dirty, none of the exercise equipment works, and the staff just makes excuse after excuse. Oh yeah, and earlier this year, the apt below me caught on fire even though no one was living there at the time. Save yourselves the time and money and look elsewhere!
