Idiots Or Uncaring Jerks?

Cars get broken into. Weird people drive around at night. We've been told not to take walks at night. Cops come often for domestic violence issues and guns being pulled at volleyball games.

Maintenance jerry-rig whatever they are fixing and then it breaks again in a few months or weeks.

OR, maintenance doesn't come for weeks to fix a major appliance problem.

The office staff are pretty uninformed and idiotic. They can never give any good info for why something is taking so long.
