I have been hear almost a year and have never encountered any problems; yes,I've heard of a few problems, but they are normally brought into the complex by the people that live here! The only negative comment I have is the conditions of the apartments...extremely poor installation...you will freeze in the winter and my utility bill jumped from $80.00 in the summer months to over $300.00 during the winter...the carpets and counters are in very bad condition in my apartment and and a few I have visited? I have never encountered any problems with the maintenance or office staff...

I've lived at Trinity Lakes for a year and really love my apartment. I have a one bedroom with a fireplace and a sunroom and vaulted ceilings. I love enjoying the view from my sunroom - there's a great big tree right outside and I can see the lake. <P>
There were a few maintence things at the beginning that they fixed right away. Since then, nothing has gone wrong. <P>
It's not a brand new place, but it's also $150-200 a month less expensive. Since I'm saving to buy a home, it's very nice for me to have such a pleasant place to live at such a value. <P>
The furthest I've ever had to park from the front walk is about five or six spaces. The only trash I've seen is at the trash dump, which gets pretty full the day they pick it up, but it's hidden away from the rest of the complex and not a problem for me. I've found the lake clean and pleasant. I never hear noise from the other apartments. <P>
