If you are a single female or a family with small children, do not move into these apartments. Although the rent is fairly cheap, in one year security has decreased (I've actually seen the security guys ASLEEP in their cars.), there have been break ins, pit bulls have been allowed to run loose, and trash is everywhere. Also, after maintenance came into my apartment, they left the door wide open. Finally, if you enjoy police action similar to what is on the program "Cops," move here; Lord knows, there's plenty of it.
