Spiders! I have been living here for 5years now and at first I thought me having about two spiders a week was ok since I called every week to be sprayed. The spiders are hobo and brown recluse and they are to overwhelming to bear with now. If you have kids rethink. The price is excellent but their safety comes first. Great complex awful spider issue they just can't control. I am so fed up I can't take it anymore. I have asked for new doors and for them to replace the boards at the base of the door. Guess what? It hasn't happened and its now 5years later. I truly believe if I can air tight the doors they won't be able to get in. I really enjoy the cheap rent just fed up buying sprays and having my apt professionally sprayed with no results.

I have been living at Woodchase for 8 months. The only problems I really have out of it is there are so many spiders!! We had to have the exterminator come out to spray every week for a month. The spiders finallyt quit coming, but after four months, they are back again. Also-- Sunshine does NOT let you break your lease. I am only 20, have had heart surgery, back surgery, and now I have to go back for heart surgery next month and I'm getting laid off my job and they wouldn't let me get out of my lease. They wouldn't even let me take my name off the lease and have my roomates on there. The apartments are nice to be 20 years old.

This is a great apartment complex,the staff has been wonderful for the WHOLE 6 months ive been here. i called for my A/C a month ago and the next day it was fixed, well this morning my A/C leaked water on my floor! i call and within 10 minutes a guy was here and fixed it and they are sending a wet vac to clean up the spilled water! Great service, superb staff! A+ but be sure to call for the spiders because unfortunately there are spiders in this part of town. but the Staff must have been changed because the old rating made me worried but trust me the staff is great!

Is there anyone that has had a good experience with Woodchase? I am trying to make an informed decision on where to live. The pricing is perfect for me and my family but I dont want to have unneccesary problems over the next year. So far everyone has been nice but I dont want to be deceived. Please Help Anyone!!

My experience trying to rent was the same as the other gentleman. Lousy service, I had to make 3 trips at 26 miles each to get there every time and for what, just to have them tell me I needed something else. Lack of communication with new renters is a terrible thing. Their lack of concern for my frustration and shear smuggness was terrible. Needless to say we are renting somewhere else now and loving it. <P>

I have lived at Woodchase for over 2 years and have NEVER had a problem. I also have my grandchildren who live with me. It is very safe and secure. I don't know about other people's experiences, but I really enjoy living here. There does not appear to be a crime problem from what I have seen and experienced and I currently LIVE THERE.

I have been here 4 years and I still love it! My section of the 806 apartments here is great! All you could want in an apartment. The price is reasonable, lots of amenities, polite staff, and a great location close to everything! We are about 1 mile from I-40 in east Memphis. They have all sizes and styles of your home-to-be.

I do live at Woodchase and have to say that I love my apartment. The staff have been courtious and helpful to me always. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently - Debbie, who takes the maintenace requests is always pleasant and helpful. I am sorry that the person who listed his bad experience had a bad experience, but don't let that pur you off. I am in the property management
business and give the staff here high marks for good customer service, and for maintaining a really lovely property - the grounds are always picked up and clean. I wold highly recommend this community to anyone.

Okay. I admit I do not live there, but I was in the process of moving to Tennessee from Kentucky and was getting all the paper work filled out and fixed. When my fiance went to turn it in, they treated her like crap and we told them to shove it. When she went to my next choice, she told the lady there and another client that was there said they did the same thing to her. I'm glad I didnt move there now. Glad it happened before I moved in there. Sunshine Corporation needs to get rid of those employees.
