My experience trying to rent was the same as the other gentleman. Lousy service, I had to make 3 trips at 26 miles each to get there every time and for what, just to have them tell me I needed something else. Lack of communication with new renters is a terrible thing. Their lack of concern for my frustration and shear smuggness was terrible. Needless to say we are renting somewhere else now and loving it.
