Not As Good As It Seems

Rented: 2003 To 2008

These apartments seemed alright at first, but what I didn't know is these apartments hold you liable for maintenance issues after hours. My toilet overflowed and I didn't know what to and the plunger wouldn't even stop it. So I called my neighbor and he told me about the valve, but before that water had made it's way to the carpet. So know my landlord is charging me $188 for maintenance coming with the wet vac. They also told me that I had to pay the money by the 15th of December if I didn't pay the were going to legal action. That is exactly what they did. They are taking me to court for $188 for maintenance that an apartment should be responsible and not a tenant. Don't move here you will wish you didn't.
