I recently moved out of apt 11-207. Just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience that I had with the Farms at Coolsprings.

I have stayed in five different apartment communities across three cities in USA and this, by far, was the best community I have stayed in. The leasing office staff was a joy to interact with - very polite, responsive and with an ever present smile. The maintenance staff was also very couteous and prompt. Your folks made sure that our concerns were always taken care!

Plus, I found the property to be always very clean and nicely maintained. The christmas lightings definitely have added a spark! To top it, the surrounding woods add a touch of recluse in the middle of the city.

All in all, I wanted to thank you and all the folks at the farms for a very pleasant and memorable stay.

I wanted to thank The Farms and especially Skip Johnson for a wonderful apartment experience. He's been a joy to work with. His personal and responds to all questions and requests quickly and personally. We went to many apartments throughout the Cool Springs area during our search but once we met Skip and took a tour we knew this was the place for us. He's been easy to work with despite us moving from out of state. He helped us to move in the week we wanted to even when at first he thought we may need to push it back a week. He helped us find the right storage solution (a garage) a few days before we moved in and realized we had too much stuff for our space. We've been thrilled with our apartment. Maintenance has responded promptly (within an hour) with both of our somewhat immediate requests. So far this is the best apartment complex we've lived in and have been very happy. The apartment itself is quiet. The neighbors are friendly and polite. Th e complex is clean and well maintained. Thank you for your continued good service.
