noise level is okay. the apts. are not insulated and the electricity bill for winter months run into the 200's. watch out for derich and sherry. they hate dogs and people in general. they also enter your apt. without notice. also different rent on similar units. they are letting newcomers pay 100 dollars less than you are paying. they show you an upgraded apt. and promise hardwood floor and tiles in the bathroom area. good luck!
