The Park seemed okay upon moving in, however we didn't know that except for the woman who set up our lease (who isn't there any more), the whole staff is very rude, pretentious, and unreasonable. They are not worth dealing with. Also:
-On our scheduled move in day, our apartment was so filthy we couldn't move in, even though we had taken off of work to do so. Not only that, but the cleaning staff's cleaning checklist was left in the apartment, half done. Very unprofessional.
-My fiance's roommate was in the "workout room" one day, and the ceiling fell down on her. No official apology, no offer for assistance of any kind.
-Speaking of the "workout room," it is just a random room, obviously not designed to be workout space, that they put some treadmills and a weight machine in.
-They wanted to charge $25 to replace a key to said workout room. This would be understandable if the key was hard to reproduce, as some are. I borrowed someone else's and copied it at Wal-Mart for $1.50. The rest of their cleaning/replacement charges are equally outrageous.
-When we moved out, the apartment looked much better than when we were supposed to move in. However, they managed to find enough worn spots on the carpet to charge nearly an additional month's rent to replace carpet in the entire apartment. A request for pictures of the damage went ignored.
I do not recommend living at the Park. In fact, I would actively recommend NOT living here
