Apartment Review for Hialeah Park South Apartments

I moved in Hialeah in 2009 and I cannot begin to tell you the NUMEROUS problems I had. When I initially did a walk through everything seemed find but after I signed the lease ALL **** BROKE LOOSE. My apartment was INFESTED with insects, my appliances were broken and the maintenance guys come and fix things when they want to. The property manager, Tom Hope, is a dope head. They are VERY unprofessional and will do anything to gip you out of your money. Go visit, see for yourself.. It's horrible! There are so many vacant apartments and I wondered why but you will soon find out. Also, there is only one trash dump on site and it is VERY far away.. there is only ONE laundry room and the machines are constantly broken and will take your money. It is HORRIBLE in the winter because the city doesn't clear the backstreets.. I was out of work for weeks when it snowed. The lease is a TRAP.. Do not do it!
