This complex and the staff are Great...I have not had a problem since moving here as I still reside here....any maintenance problems have been addressed immediately. For the most part the building I reside in is filled with community oriented families/individuals, it's liKe living in a small town where everybody knows everybody and we get along....I would and have recommend this complex to several people.

These negative reviews really tick me off.
The five years I've lived at Prestwick Ridge have been good. I'm very glad I found these apartments. I feel safe here and know that if there were a problem, it would be solved.
Perhaps I have an advantage, being a tenent who pays the rent when due, takes care of my unit, follows the rules and doesn't litter. I want to be proud of where I live. Not everyone does. This is evident at the units where the garbage is strewn about the ground. It's a good bet that people who write such ignorant, uneducated, hateful reviews live in those units. Cleaning up is left to the fine maintainence people.
There ARE rules here.
Too bad there's no rule against ignorance and stupidity.

I have lived at Prestwick Ridge since it opened in '96 and have never experienced any of these issues. The rules are strict and I appreciate that. If you look at the other reviews you will notice the level of education some of them exhibit. I know of several other tenants that have been here at least ten yrs,if you act like you have class then this is the place you want to be.The staff has always been kind and curtious and made repairs in a timely manner. If you drive through the property after 10pm you wont see people hanging around drinking and carrying on. Just check it out.
