Apartment Review for Steeplechase Apartments

You will pay a fortune if you're renting here in the winter - nothing is insulated... you can feel a layer of cold air on the floor at ALL times! Our carpet was still wet from cleaning when we moved in and in the next weeks started smelling moldy. It lasted for a couple of months. Chunks of plaster are coming off the walls - it's like they patch it but the second you touch certain spots they just fall down. The kitchen was horribly dirty - I don't think they have anybody clean before new residents move in. Tons of college kids, so it's pretty noisy. <P>
