Apartment Reviews for Windover Apartments - Knoxville

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Windover. The best of any apartment complex I have lived in Knoxville. I have recommended it to 4 other people and they all have enjoyed it just as much. We all still reside here. The office staff is extremely helpful and always friendly. The grounds and apartments are beautifully kept. Maintence is always done in a timely manner and security is wonderful. The neighbors are ideal and very mannerly. I hope you will consider windover as your next home so you can have the same enjoyment I have had~ <P>

I paid on the high end of rent every month for the area (700/ month 2 bed 2 bath) but have never had an apartment with such great service. I needed a small repair in the apartment and they were there THAT DAY. Excellent. Always a smile from everyone who is a team member. Location: Best part of Knoxville (west Knoxville). Most restaurants, best mall, movie theatres, bookstores... also 12 minutes from University of Tennessee and right off of the interstate. 4 stars out of 4.

My apartment is in a large complex with townhouses, as well as one and two bedroom apartments. Lovely landscape grounds, swimming pool, club house, Office center for tenants.
Extremely well maintained.
