Apartment Review for Woodmeade South Apartments

Woodmeade South is conviently located across the bridge from the University of Tennessee campus and downtown. As a result of this, the units are overpriced. There is a lot of space, especially in the townhomes, but the condition of the apartments is poor and worn from years of undergraduate abuse. Despite the noise violation rules, be prepared to share your wall with noisy college students. The insulation is poor, and as a result power bills year round are extremely expensive. Our car and numerous other cars have been broken into, and our unit smells musty. The carpet and tiles are stained. If you are a married couple, a graduate student, a single working parent, or anyone who is not an undergrad whose parents are willing to pay a ridiculous amount, look elsewhere. There are more affordable and nicer places to live in Knoxville.
