Unsupervised children as young as 3 years of age, teens are uncontrolable. Like children, and worry the kids wont mess with your vehicle or wonder if you will hit one when they dart out in front of then this is the place for you just not us. It was great when we first moved in slowly going down hill two maintenance men are great.
