The apartment complex has a very deceptive appearance. The welcome signs and office will make you believe that the apartments could possibly look the same. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!! The apartments are just short of a substandard housing development. The residents, with the exception of the Latino community are very noisy...will get into your business, will deal drugs on the premises, will get into numerous fights and public nuisances. Many of the units have recently been painted and sort of "fixed" up. You will be shown a model unit and will be told by the leasing consultants that the only difference is that the washer and dryers will not be brand new and you won't have ceiling fans in your apartments. Lies, lies, lies!!! The apartments have many, many flaws! Roaches, rats, fleas, etc. are all over the place. There are no keys for most of the mailboxes and the leasing consultants cannot tell you when they will be available. They ran a "one month free" special and moved everyone they could in the "renovated units." Everything have moved in here now. Good Luck, but for $749.00 per month for three bedrooms, you can do better with leasing a home.
