The Broadmoor has a nice community feel because of it circular courtyard and friendly neighbors. The apartment manager cathy, she's pretty nice too--she tries to help as much as she can...THE BOTTOM LINE IS--the apartments are very old, have a poor paint job, OLD KITCHEN CABINETS, COUNTERS AND TILE, unlevel floors and in the winter you will FREEZE. THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEAT OR AIR--no matter how many heaters you use your apartment will not stay warm. The apartment had all old appliances, if you luck up something will break and perhaps then you might get a new stove or refriegerator. So i suggest you really think before you move in these apartments. Think of it as an very old house because thats what it feel like. Also THE PARKING--You either park in the alley---where bums are constantly digging in the trash and making huge messes or in the lot, which is pretty far from your apartment, you definitley would not be able to see your car if it was being brok into. THE UPSIDE-the apartments very spacious and diversed as far as they type of people who live there--IF they had renovations they would be pretty awesome.
