I lived at Greenbrook for almost two years. For Memphis, this wasn't such a bad apartmen complex but as compared to where I am now (not Memphis) it was a dump. You could always hear your neighboors and they had no issue with people not picking up after their animals or fixing their motorcycles outside you apartment leaving oil stains and making a lot of noise. The office safe is nice but inefficient. Their system is set up to send yearly reminders when your lease is about to run out but the system can't deal with a 13 month lease so you get a letter early stating that you have so many days to renew and these are the renewal terms. If I hadn't known better, I may have just dealt with it assuming that the complex knew what they were talking about. Also, there are no insentives to re-sign your lease even though they claim that there will be when you first sign your lease. If I knew then what I know now, I would never have moved to Greenbrook apartment.
