The Management Staff & Maintenance Crew is very unprofessional, it's very hard to get the Maintenance Crew to fixed anything. The Management Staff give you a very negative impressure when you walk into the office as if they don't want to be bothered. It is possibly they might be unstaff
But seem like their auttiude changed as soon as we move In.
We was told by the assist Manager don't come over to her apt.
or call after she is off work. Because she don't deal with no one after hours, whice I think that is very unprofessional. Because their is a open and close sign on the office door and I think that's what the assit Manager need to express to new tenants when they are open and when they are close.
A very Good Property Manager, I think she take care of thing very well in the apartment Complexs but the people that work for her don't represent Hedgerow nor the Property Manager well.
