There were so many vacancies, rumor was, they were desperate and starting to take in residents who were quallified under section 8 assistance living. Not all are bad i'm sure, but it degraded alot in the 1 1/2 years I lived there. No notice to residents when they shut the water supply off for maintenance or repair (Happened quite a bit) You have better management at a burger joint. Nothing gets done that should and are very unorganized. Exterior lighting very poor and lots of cars broke into quite often in the parking lots. People hanging out on the stairs smoking dope. A lake that was dirty and full of debris and trash. They claim to have a fitness room which is just filled with old broken equipment. Property is gated, but one gate broke down and was never fixed. Only two gates to get in and out and they are broken all the time mostly leaving just one gate to get in and out and most of the time it is just left wide open for anyone to enter/exit. I would never recommend this apartment community to anyone I know, whether a friend or enemy.
