I have been here since January 2006 and have had no problems with the complex. Everyone is so very nice. I am a bit scary because I am a single woman from out of state .. but I feel quite comfortable and safe in my new home. I have received adequate notice about repairs, inspections and water shut offs. They leave notices on the door a few days ahead of anything scheduled and send you a monthly calendar. They have always fixed the entry gates in a day or less. I think they have been down maybe 3 times .. due to residents or guests HITTING them. As far as the noise .. it's apartment living and I think we all get along very well. You have to be forgiving of your upstairs neighbors when you may be torturing the people below you. I never hear anyone next to me. I am just very pleased with my apartment. It fits me well and I hope others feel the same. The only thing I would change is my cabinet doors (and I might talk them into letting me).
