I have lived here for one full year now and I actually like it. EXCEPT for one MAJOR problem... the wasps. They are rampant here and EVERYWHERE. Even in my apt. They come in through the vents. It's a nightmare because I am allergic to them. My ceiling also leaks, but not that bad. There is a stain on the ceiling though, and I don't like that. It's a decent place to live, but the wasps are horrible. Oh yea, the model looks NOTHING like me apt. The carpet is totally different, too. Ugh. But it's affordable.
