When Jamesbridge's tree fell on my vehicle to park on landlord's property driveway, landlord will not going to pay your damaged. rumor was, landlord was not too friendly with tents because they never fix circuit breaker, bathroom, and kitchen on time more than two months. Only two gates to get in and out and they are broken all the time mostly leaving just two gates to get in and out and most of the time both gates left wide open for anyone to enter/exit. My ceiling also leaks. There is a stain on the ceiling though, and I don't like that. I would nver recommend this apartment community to anyone I know, whether a friend or outsider.
