I've lived here for one year. For the first 7 or 8 months it was great, that is until mindy and amber left. mindy was an awesome manager. she put the tenants needs first. then there was brian who was pretty good, he at least tried. but the people in the office as of today are horrible. they never tell the truth about nothing. the pools are NASTY, they look like SWAMPS, but do you think they care, no because they do not have to put their children in this nasty pool. but we recently had an incident over her so they decided since we were going to be on the news that they would clean at the pools. the reason i say clean at the pools is because thats what they did, they dropped something in the pool and said they would be back to vacum it out. HA HA thats a joke have not seen them since. if only you could see the pictures i have of this DUMP. but the pool where the incident occured was drained and fresh water was put back in it. then there is this security, what security the gates are left wide open for in and everybody to enter. i guess thats why we've had at least 4 cars stolen in the month of april alone. when my husband and i moved in we had security patroling the apartments the gate was closed but now we have none of that. i work the evening shift and it really is dangerous. and the rats and rotens yuck!!!!! when it rain you might as well put your rain boots on because the drains do not work we have water up to our ankles. i have visable water damage, i have pictures. called the office to report HA HA joke again lies, lies, lies. maintenence is another joke my sink was leaking i called for a month about it when he finally came notice i said he because we only have 1 maintence man which is what i was told by one of the office staff member i bet another lie. but back to my sink, when he finally came. he came on a day that they had cut the whole complex water off to do something who knows what they were doing they never inform tenants. under my sink where the water leaked smelled awful so he never fixed the leak took the rotten wood away left a hole under my sink and informed us that he did not know when he would be able to return thats been almost another month ago he has not returned yet. well i can go on and on and on. but i did go through all the proper channels i went to leasing agent, asst. manager, and manager, NOTHING. i've even called head office left 3 messages for ms moran NOTHING she didn't even call back. which has left me to my last resort THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. many of us have had to result to this they are given us no other choice. so run, run, run from these once lovely apartments, don't even drive your car through here because i gurantee you will need a wheel alignment. from the pot holes they so called filled and made worse. WHAT EVRER HAPPEND TO REPAVEMENT!!!!!
