I moved into to complex in July 2006 from CA. The first 8 months of occupancy here were good. During this time they were managed by Fogelman Prop Mgmt. They were assumed by Lexington Investments in March 2007 and they're have been problems ever since. At this time the new mgmt stopped the pest control and the apartments became roach infested...and I keep a very clean house! My agitator on my washer was off balance and I have submitted five (5) maintenance request and they have never been filled. The accounting system sucks! Every month several residents, including myself, are harrased by mgmt for non-pymt of rent, although all had submitted their rent on time. I was even served notice from the sheriff's office to appear in court for an eviction. It was easily cleared up, but why should I have to go through this every month?
Thank GOD I bought my own house and am moving out of this place in 25 days!
