Stay far, far away! I have gone through 4 different managers in my 3 years at Mimosa Gardens, and each one continues to amaze me with their total incompetence and lack of care. They do not respond to maintenance requests. (It took me over a year to get a leaky ceiling fixed; it took a week for them to repair a gas leak - I had to stay in a hotel meanwhile.) The apartments are dumps. The lawns would be great if only they had grass. Your clothes leave the laundry room dirtier than when they entered it. My neighbors honk their horns and go outside and yell at all hours of the night. I could go on for hours, but you get the idea. Avoid this place and add a few years to your life.
