Apartments frequently get broken into in broad daylight. This place is known for burglaries, car break-ins, pathetic maintenance and mismanaged property. Apartments are noisy, unsafe and old - lots of problems. Don not trust any positive feedback if you get to read any! The service manager is the most deceitful person I have ever seen.

Overall recommended NO!!
