I have been a tenant here since December 06 and I am straight up moving OUT early!! If you like to be oggled by 12 latinos living in one apt, woken in the middle of the night by roaches having a party in your bed, then you'd like this place. The office advertises "24 hour maintenance response" but this is NOT true. Maintenance works so slow you're lucky to get it responded to in a week, that's IF your problem is recorded. I have called multiple times and reported issues that I had to follow up in person with the office and there was NO RECORD OF MY ISSUE!! There is consistent trash in the parking lot, seldom can you get a parking spot close to your building, there IS NO RACQUETBALL COURT, the pools close at 7PM and is monitored by the maintenance personnel. No wonder they can't get their maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner. The office consitently and routinely lies about the status of repairs and when repairs ARE done, shoddy work is what you are left with. I have emailed the office, the VP of MAAC and the President with NO response. I would recomment the ROACHES move out!!
