For example, (company opinion only) leave a dirty sink...$10.00, ashes in fireplace....$25.00...painting where pic was hanging....25.00 so forth...you get the picture. They will take you to court over $54.00. They are notorius for their monetary antics to swindle you out of money, OR they say, "We will keep your deposit." Be careful, and be warned.
